I started Tidy & Tally because subcontracting reports deserve the same care as any other number your company signs its name to.
Subcontracting reports look simple from the outside. Inside a company, they draw on records from finance, procurement, and suppliers that were never designed to agree.
I’ve spent my career on the side of the table that manages vendors. In my current channel management role, I reconcile vendor invoices for outsourced call centers, run down discrepancies raised by vendors, auditors, and program managers, and keep the monthly dashboards leadership uses to make decisions.
Subcontracting reports ask for exactly that discipline: every invoice matched, every discrepancy explained, every figure ready for review. What they rarely get is someone whose whole job is getting them right. That’s the gap I fill.

No. A payment export for the reporting period is enough, and most clients send a spreadsheet. We’ll tell you exactly which fields we need during your readiness review.
Your entity administrator grants a reporting role through SAM.gov, and can remove it at any time. We never ask for anyone’s login.
Yes. A revised report is due within 30 days of a rejection. We’ll review the contracting officer’s comments, correct the figures or remarks, and prepare the revision for your official to submit.
We prepare every report in your company's SAM.gov reporting module using the access you grant. Your authorized official reviews, certifies, and submits. Responsibility for the figures stays with your company.
We rely on the supplier's own representations in SAM.gov and SBA's Small Business Search. We do not make qualification determinations; we record what the supplier represents and flag anything that needs your confirmation.
We show you where and by how much, and help you document the shortfall clearly in the report remarks. We do not guarantee goal attainment or source suppliers.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Tidy & Tally (“Tidy & Tally,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing, accepting, or using our services, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to these Terms together with any applicable proposal, statement of work, service agreement, or other written agreement between you and Tidy & Tally.
Tidy & Tally provides federal subcontracting reporting support and related administrative services to government contractors.
Services may include subcontracting data organization, reporting-period preparation, data review, issue identification, report preparation, reporting support, SAM.gov submission support, reporting workbooks, and other services specifically identified in the applicable Service Agreement.
The exact scope, deliverables, fees, responsibilities, and schedule for each engagement are established in writing before work begins.
Services not expressly included in the applicable Service Agreement are outside the scope of the engagement.
Each client engagement is governed by a written Service Agreement or other written scope document identifying the services purchased.
If these Terms conflict with a signed Service Agreement, the signed Service Agreement controls with respect to that engagement.
Changes to scope, additional reporting periods, additional contracts, additional data reconciliation, corrective work caused by information supplied after work has begun, or other services outside the original scope may require an amended scope, additional fee, or separate engagement.
Payment is due in full before any work begins.
Tidy & Tally will not begin substantive work, review client reporting data, prepare deliverables, perform reconciliation, or commence reporting services until all required initial fees have been received and cleared.
Payment does not relieve the Client of its responsibility to provide the information, documentation, approvals, access, and responses required to complete the engagement.
Recurring services and retainers are billed in advance according to the schedule stated in the applicable Service Agreement.
Failure to make a required payment may result in the engagement being delayed, suspended, cancelled, or terminated.
Successful reporting depends on accurate information and timely participation from the Client.
The Client is responsible for providing all information reasonably required to perform the services, including, as applicable:
The Client represents that information provided to Tidy & Tally is complete and accurate to the best of its knowledge and that the Client is authorized to provide such information.
Tidy & Tally may rely on information supplied by the Client without independently auditing or verifying every underlying transaction, representation, classification, or record unless verification is expressly included in the agreed scope.
Tidy & Tally may identify inconsistencies, missing information, unusual entries, or other items requiring Client attention.
The Client is responsible for reviewing reports, calculations, classifications, identified issues, and other deliverables before finalization or submission.
Where Client approval is required, Tidy & Tally will not treat silence as approval unless the applicable Service Agreement expressly provides otherwise.
Approval by the Client confirms that the Client has reviewed the information presented and authorizes Tidy & Tally to proceed with the next agreed step.
Where filing or submission support is included in the engagement, Tidy & Tally may prepare and/or submit information through SAM.gov or another designated reporting system as authorized by the Client.
The Client remains responsible for the underlying business records, subcontracting plan obligations, representations, certifications, and information supplied for reporting.
Tidy & Tally will not knowingly make a certification, representation, or attestation that legally must be made by an authorized representative of the Client.
Nothing in these Terms transfers the Client’s contractual or regulatory obligations to Tidy & Tally.
Our ability to meet a reporting deadline depends on the Client meeting its responsibilities on time.
If the Client does not provide requested information, documentation, access, approvals, decisions, or responses within the timeframe reasonably required to perform the services, Tidy & Tally may pause work and adjust the project schedule accordingly.
Client-caused delays may affect previously estimated completion dates and may require work to be rescheduled based on Tidy & Tally’s then-current availability.
If the Client becomes unresponsive or fails to provide materials necessary to continue the engagement, Tidy & Tally may, at its discretion:
Tidy & Tally will provide reasonable written notice before cancelling or terminating an engagement for client unresponsiveness unless immediate action is reasonably necessary.
A suspension, cancellation, or termination resulting from Client delay or nonresponsiveness does not automatically entitle the Client to a refund.
Tidy & Tally takes reporting deadlines seriously. However, a deadline can only be maintained when the Client provides everything required for Tidy & Tally to perform the work within the agreed schedule.
Tidy & Tally is not responsible for a missed deadline, delayed submission, rejected submission, or other consequence to the extent caused by:
An accelerated or shortened timeline caused by Client delay does not obligate Tidy & Tally to perform rush work unless Tidy & Tally expressly agrees to do so in writing.
Either party may terminate an engagement as permitted by the applicable Service Agreement.
Tidy & Tally may suspend or terminate services for material breach, nonpayment, prolonged unresponsiveness, failure to provide required information, abusive or unlawful conduct, misuse of services, or circumstances that make continued performance impracticable or inappropriate.
Upon termination, the Client remains responsible for amounts already earned, expenses already incurred, and other charges expressly authorized by the Service Agreement.
Any refund of prepaid fees will be determined according to the applicable Service Agreement, the amount of work performed, committed production capacity, nonrecoverable expenses, and applicable law.
Tidy & Tally will not retain fees for services it did not perform where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.
Tidy & Tally provides administrative and reporting support.
We are not a law firm or accounting firm, and our services do not constitute legal, tax, accounting, audit, or other licensed professional advice.
Clients should consult qualified legal, accounting, contracting, or compliance professionals when advice in those areas is required.
Tidy & Tally does not independently determine or certify whether a business qualifies for a particular federal socioeconomic classification.
Unless expressly included in the Service Agreement, Tidy & Tally does not source, vet, select, recommend, or engage subcontractors or suppliers on behalf of the Client.
Information concerning subcontractor or supplier status is based on Client-provided information and/or other sources identified within the scope of the engagement.
Tidy & Tally does not guarantee:
Our responsibility is to perform the agreed services with reasonable professional care based on the information available to us.
Tidy & Tally does not own, operate, or control SAM.gov or other government or third-party systems.
We are not responsible for outages, maintenance, system changes, access restrictions, credential problems, processing delays, platform errors, government actions, or other circumstances attributable to systems outside our control.
When such circumstances affect an engagement, Tidy & Tally will make commercially reasonable efforts to adjust the workflow or timeline where practical.
Tidy & Tally will use reasonable care to protect nonpublic Client information received in connection with an engagement and will use such information primarily for providing the contracted services and operating our business.
Confidentiality obligations may be further defined in the Service Agreement or a separate nondisclosure agreement.
The Client is responsible for identifying any special handling, contractual, security, export-control, classified-information, controlled unclassified information, or other data requirements before transmitting affected information to Tidy & Tally.
Unless expressly agreed in writing, Clients should not provide classified information or information requiring security controls that Tidy & Tally has not expressly agreed to maintain.
Each party retains ownership of intellectual property it owned or developed independently before the engagement.
Upon full payment, the Client may use Client-specific final deliverables created for the Client for its internal business, contracting, reporting, and recordkeeping purposes.
Tidy & Tally retains ownership of its preexisting and underlying methodologies, processes, templates, systems, frameworks, checklists, workflows, know-how, formatting structures, and other proprietary materials used to provide the services.
Providing a deliverable to a Client does not transfer ownership of Tidy & Tally’s underlying proprietary methods or materials unless expressly agreed in writing.
The Tidy & Tally name, branding, logos, service names, website content, proprietary processes, templates, graphics, and original materials are owned by Tidy & Tally or used with permission.
No Client or website visitor may copy, reproduce, sell, license, distribute, publicly display, commercially exploit, or represent Tidy & Tally proprietary materials as their own except with our prior written permission or as otherwise permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms grants a license to use the Tidy & Tally name, trademarks, service marks, branding, or visual identity.
The Client retains ownership of materials and information it provides to Tidy & Tally.
The Client grants Tidy & Tally a limited right to access, process, reproduce, organize, and otherwise use those materials as reasonably necessary to provide the contracted services.
The Client represents that it has sufficient rights and authorization to provide such materials to Tidy & Tally for that purpose.
Final deliverables are provided in the format stated in the applicable Service Agreement.
The Client is responsible for retaining its final reports, workbooks, supporting documentation, and other records according to its contractual, regulatory, and internal recordkeeping requirements.
Tidy & Tally is not the Client’s permanent records repository unless a separate written agreement expressly provides otherwise.
Except for obligations expressly stated in a signed Service Agreement, services and deliverables are provided on an “as available” basis and based on the information supplied to Tidy & Tally.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tidy & Tally disclaims warranties not expressly stated in the applicable Service Agreement, including implied warranties to the extent they may lawfully be disclaimed.
Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty, duty, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tidy & Tally will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from an engagement, including lost profits, lost opportunities, lost contracts, or business interruption.
Except for liability that cannot lawfully be limited, Tidy & Tally’s aggregate liability arising from a particular engagement will not exceed the fees actually paid to Tidy & Tally for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
This limitation does not apply where applicable law prohibits such a limitation.
To the extent permitted by law, the Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Tidy & Tally and its owners, employees, contractors, and agents from third-party claims, liabilities, losses, and reasonable costs arising from:
This provision does not require the Client to indemnify Tidy & Tally for liability arising solely from Tidy & Tally’s own conduct where such indemnification would be prohibited by law.
Neither party will be considered in breach for delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, widespread internet or utility outages, government actions, government-system outages, labor disruptions, civil emergencies, or similar events.
The affected party will make reasonable efforts to resume performance when practicable.
Tidy & Tally performs services as an independent contractor.
Nothing in an engagement creates an employment, partnership, joint venture, fiduciary, agency, or similar relationship between Tidy & Tally and the Client.
The Client does not acquire authority to bind Tidy & Tally, and Tidy & Tally does not acquire authority to bind the Client except for specific actions expressly authorized in writing.
The parties may conduct business electronically, including through electronic proposals, Service Agreements, approvals, notices, invoices, and signatures.
By agreeing to conduct business electronically, the Client consents to receiving engagement-related communications electronically.
These Terms and engagements with Tidy & Tally are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where federal law controls.
Before filing a legal action arising from an engagement, the parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute through direct written communication.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law or stated in the applicable Service Agreement, legal proceedings arising from these Terms or an engagement will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in the Florida county identified in the applicable Service Agreement.
Formal notices concerning an engagement may be delivered to the email addresses or business addresses identified in the applicable Service Agreement.
Routine project communications, requests for information, approvals, reminders, and scheduling communications may be sent by ordinary business email.
The Client is responsible for maintaining current contact information throughout the engagement.
Neither party may assign its material obligations under an active engagement without the other party’s written consent, except in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of substantially all relevant assets, or similar business succession where permitted by law.
If a provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.
Failure to enforce a provision of these Terms on one occasion does not waive the right to enforce that provision or another provision later.
These Terms, together with the applicable signed Service Agreement and any documents expressly incorporated into it, constitute the agreement governing the applicable services.
Marketing materials, website descriptions, preliminary discussions, and informal communications do not modify a signed Service Agreement unless the parties expressly agree to the modification in writing.
Tidy & Tally may update these Terms from time to time.
The version applicable to an engagement will be determined according to the applicable Service Agreement and law. Material changes will not retroactively rewrite the terms of an existing signed engagement unless the parties agree otherwise or applicable law permits the change.
The current effective date will appear at the top of this page.

Clients may provide information concerning employees, subcontractors, suppliers, business contacts, or other individuals as part of an engagement.
The Client is responsible for ensuring that it has the right and authority to provide such information to Tidy & Tally for the purposes contemplated by the engagement.
We process that information only as reasonably necessary to provide our services, fulfill contractual obligations, operate our business, comply with applicable law, or protect legitimate business and security interests.

When an engagement includes authorized filing or submission support, information provided by the Client may be entered into SAM.gov or another government reporting system as necessary to perform the requested service.
Information submitted to a government system is subject to that system’s terms, privacy practices, records requirements, and applicable law.
Tidy & Tally does not control how federal agencies or government-operated systems retain, process, disclose, or otherwise handle information after it has been submitted to them.
Clients should not send passwords or sensitive login credentials through ordinary email unless Tidy & Tally has expressly provided an approved method for doing so.
Where system access is required, Tidy & Tally will seek to use an authorized method appropriate to the engagement.
Clients remain responsible for managing their accounts, authorized users, credentials, and permissions.
Tidy & Tally will not intentionally use Client system access for purposes unrelated to the authorized engagement.
Our ordinary services are not designed to require highly sensitive personal information unless it is genuinely necessary to perform the contracted work.
Clients should avoid sending information that is unnecessary to the engagement, including Social Security numbers, personal financial credentials, medical information, biometric information, or other highly sensitive personal information.
Clients must notify Tidy & Tally before transmitting information subject to special contractual, regulatory, security, export-control, classified-information, or controlled-unclassified-information requirements.
Unless expressly agreed in writing, Tidy & Tally is not agreeing to receive or maintain classified information or information requiring specialized security controls beyond those ordinarily maintained for our services.
We aim to collect and maintain information reasonably related to the purposes for which it is needed.
Clients should provide only the information reasonably necessary for Tidy & Tally to perform the applicable engagement.
Data minimization is part of our intended privacy practice.
Tidy & Tally takes reasonable measures designed to protect information under our control against unauthorized access, use, alteration, loss, or disclosure.
Depending on the information and systems involved, these measures may include administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to our operations and the nature of the information.
However, no internet transmission, cloud platform, email system, or electronic storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
If Tidy & Tally becomes aware of a security incident affecting information within our control, we will investigate and respond as reasonably appropriate under the circumstances.
Where applicable law requires notification to affected individuals, clients, regulators, or other parties, we will provide required notification consistent with applicable legal requirements.
Clients should promptly contact us if they believe information provided to Tidy & Tally has been accessed, disclosed, transmitted, or used without authorization.
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including providing services, maintaining business records, satisfying contractual requirements, resolving disputes, protecting legal rights, and complying with applicable laws.
Retention periods may differ depending on the type of information and the nature of the engagement.
Completion of an engagement does not necessarily result in immediate deletion of all associated information.
Clients remain responsible for maintaining their own official copies of reports, workbooks, supporting records, and other materials required for their business or government-contracting obligations.
When information is no longer reasonably required and no legal, contractual, security, or legitimate business reason requires continued retention, Tidy & Tally may delete, destroy, anonymize, or otherwise dispose of the information using methods appropriate to its nature.
Deletion from active systems may not result in immediate deletion from backups, archives, security logs, or systems subject to established retention cycles.
We may also retain limited information where necessary to document transactions, enforce agreements, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, or establish or defend legal claims.
Privacy and confidentiality overlap, but they are not identical.
Client information that qualifies as confidential information under a Service Agreement or nondisclosure agreement will also be handled according to the applicable contractual confidentiality provisions.
This Privacy Policy does not reduce or replace confidentiality protections expressly established in a signed agreement between Tidy & Tally and a Client.
If a contractual confidentiality requirement provides greater protection than this Privacy Policy for particular Client information, the applicable contractual requirement will govern that information.
If you contact Tidy & Tally, request a consultation, become a Client, or otherwise establish a business relationship with us, we may communicate with you about your inquiry, engagement, account, deadlines, services, or other relevant business matters.

Transactional or service-related communications are different from optional marketing communications and may continue when reasonably necessary to administer an active engagement or business relationship.

Tidy & Tally understands that schedules change. We also reserve dedicated time and capacity for every client engagement.
This Cancellation & Scheduling Policy explains how consultations, project scheduling, rescheduling, cancellations, missed appointments, client delays, and terminated engagements are handled.
This Policy applies to services provided by Tidy & Tally and should be read together with our Terms of Service and any applicable Service Agreement.
Appointments, consultations, project start dates, review meetings, and other scheduled services are subject to availability.
A requested date or time is not confirmed until Tidy & Tally provides confirmation through our scheduling system, email, Service Agreement, or another written communication.
Project schedules may depend on:
Scheduling an appointment does not, by itself, reserve production capacity for a paid engagement unless Tidy & Tally expressly confirms otherwise.
A project start date represents the date Tidy & Tally expects to begin substantive work on an engagement.
Payment in full is required before any work begins.
A project will not enter production until Tidy & Tally has received cleared payment and the materials reasonably required to begin the agreed work.
If payment or required materials are received after the date specified in the Service Agreement, the original production schedule may no longer be available.
In that event, Tidy & Tally may assign a new start date and completion schedule based on current availability.
When Tidy & Tally accepts an engagement, we may reserve time in our production schedule specifically for that Client.
That reserved capacity may limit our ability to accept other work during the same period.
For that reason, project scheduling is different from scheduling an ordinary consultation or meeting.
Once production capacity has been reserved, Client-requested delays, cancellations, or repeated rescheduling may affect fees, availability, and delivery dates as described in the applicable Service Agreement and this Policy.
Clients are responsible for communicating applicable reporting deadlines accurately and promptly.
Tidy & Tally will establish project schedules using the deadlines and information provided by the Client.
A government reporting deadline does not automatically create or guarantee a Tidy & Tally completion deadline.
Our ability to meet an agreed delivery date depends on timely payment, receipt of required data, Client responses, approvals, and circumstances within our reasonable control.
Consultations are scheduled for a specific date and time.
Clients should arrive prepared to discuss the information reasonably necessary for the purpose of the consultation.
If Tidy & Tally offers a complimentary consultation, the appointment has no cash value and may not be exchanged for a credit, refund, or other service.
Consultations do not constitute legal, accounting, audit, or compliance advice and do not create a Client engagement unless the parties subsequently enter into an applicable Service Agreement.
We understand that plans change.
Clients who need to reschedule a consultation should provide at least 24 hours’ notice whenever reasonably possible.
A consultation timely rescheduled with appropriate notice may be moved to another available appointment without penalty.
The replacement appointment is subject to Tidy & Tally’s then-current availability.
Repeated rescheduling may result in Tidy & Tally declining to reserve additional consultation appointments.
A request to reschedule a consultation less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment is considered a late rescheduling request.
Tidy & Tally may permit one late reschedule as a courtesy when circumstances reasonably warrant it.
Repeated late rescheduling may result in cancellation of the appointment or require the Client to schedule a new consultation rather than transferring the existing appointment.
For paid consultations, any applicable rescheduling charge will be disclosed before booking or in the applicable Service Agreement.
A Client is considered a no-show when the Client does not attend a scheduled appointment and does not provide advance notice of cancellation or rescheduling.
We will generally allow a 10-minute grace period for scheduled consultations and meetings.
After that period, Tidy & Tally may end the appointment and classify it as a no-show.
A complimentary consultation that results in a no-show may be forfeited.
Tidy & Tally may require a paid consultation or other booking condition before scheduling another appointment following repeated no-shows.
If a Client arrives late, Tidy & Tally may conduct the appointment using the remaining scheduled time.
The appointment may not be extended if doing so would interfere with another Client appointment or scheduled obligation.
If the delay prevents the purpose of the meeting from being reasonably accomplished, Tidy & Tally may require the appointment to be rescheduled.
A Client’s late arrival does not automatically entitle the Client to additional time, a refund, or an extension of an associated project deadline.
Clients may cancel a consultation by using the applicable scheduling system or by contacting Tidy & Tally.
For complimentary consultations, cancellation simply releases the appointment time.
For paid consultations, the refund or credit treatment stated when the appointment was booked will apply, subject to applicable law.
We encourage Clients to cancel appointments they cannot attend rather than leaving the appointment unused.
Doing so allows the time to become available to another business.
A Client may request that an active project’s schedule be changed.
A request does not guarantee that the original production capacity can be transferred to another date.
Tidy & Tally will consider:
If we agree to reschedule the engagement, a revised timeline will be provided in writing.
If a Client asks Tidy & Tally to pause an engagement after work has begun, the project may be placed on hold.
A paused project does not retain its original position in the production schedule indefinitely.
When the Client is ready to resume, the engagement will be scheduled according to Tidy & Tally’s then-current availability.
Any original delivery date affected by the Client-requested pause will no longer apply unless Tidy & Tally expressly confirms otherwise in writing.
Project timelines assume that the Client will provide requested data, documents, information, approvals, and responses by the dates communicated during the engagement.
If required materials are not received on time, Tidy & Tally may pause work.
Each day of Client delay may affect the amount of time available to complete the engagement before a reporting deadline.
Tidy & Tally is not required to compress its normal production schedule to compensate for Client delays.
Communication is part of the Client’s responsibility during an active engagement.
If Tidy & Tally cannot continue because the Client has stopped responding or has not provided required information, we may contact the Client requesting action.
Continued unresponsiveness may cause the engagement to progress through the following stages:
The applicable Service Agreement may establish specific response periods for these stages.
A suspended engagement is not considered actively in production.
Once an engagement is suspended, Tidy & Tally does not guarantee that the original production dates, personnel availability, or delivery schedule will remain available.
To resume a suspended project, the Client must provide the outstanding information or otherwise cure the issue that caused the suspension.
Tidy & Tally will then provide or confirm a revised schedule based on availability.
Suspension does not extend a government reporting deadline.
Clients may request cancellation of an engagement by providing written notice to Tidy & Tally.
Cancellation becomes effective when Tidy & Tally receives the notice, unless the applicable Service Agreement provides otherwise.
Cancellation does not erase services already performed, expenses already incurred, or production capacity already committed.
Any amount due or refund available following cancellation will be determined according to the Service Agreement, this Policy, the work already performed, committed capacity, nonrecoverable expenses, and applicable law.
If a Client cancels after payment but before substantive work has begun, Tidy & Tally will review whether any project preparation, administrative work, onboarding, reserved production capacity, third-party expense, or other engagement-specific cost has already been incurred.
The applicable Service Agreement may establish cancellation terms addressing those circumstances.
Any refund due will be calculated consistently with the Service Agreement and applicable law.
We will not characterize a fee as nonrefundable where applicable law requires otherwise.
Once substantive work has begun, fees attributable to services already performed are earned.
If a project is cancelled before completion, Tidy & Tally may also account for authorized nonrecoverable expenses and other amounts properly due under the applicable Service Agreement.
If prepaid funds exceed the amount properly earned or otherwise due under the agreement, any refundable balance will be handled according to the Service Agreement and applicable law.
Cancellation does not require Tidy & Tally to complete unfinished deliverables for which the engagement has been terminated.
Tidy & Tally may cancel, suspend, or terminate an engagement when Client conduct materially interferes with our ability to provide the services.

Where appropriate, Tidy & Tally will provide reasonable notice and an opportunity to correct the issue before termination.
In rare circumstances, Tidy & Tally may need to cancel an engagement for reasons not caused by the Client.
If we cancel an engagement without Client breach and cannot reasonably reschedule or complete the work, we will determine the value of services already performed and address any remaining prepaid balance according to the applicable Service Agreement and law.
We will make reasonable efforts to communicate the cancellation promptly and provide available completed Client-specific work for which payment has been earned.
Nothing in this Policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
Because Tidy & Tally reserves professional time and performs customized business services, payment does not function like payment for an unused retail product.
Refund eligibility depends on the circumstances of the cancellation and the applicable Service Agreement.
A refund, where due, may account for:
Any cancellation provision will be applied subject to applicable law.
Clients should contact Tidy & Tally before initiating a payment dispute so that we have an opportunity to review and address the issue.
Initiating a chargeback does not itself cancel a Service Agreement or determine whether an amount was properly earned.
Tidy & Tally may provide the payment processor or financial institution with relevant records concerning the transaction, including the Service Agreement, invoices, communications, project activity, approvals, and evidence of services performed.
We will not retaliate against a Client for exercising a legitimate legal or contractual right.
Client delays do not automatically convert an engagement into a rush engagement.
If a Client delay leaves less time than originally planned before a reporting deadline, Tidy & Tally may determine that expedited work is necessary.
Rush work is subject to availability and must be expressly accepted by Tidy & Tally.
Any additional rush fee will be disclosed and agreed to before the expedited work is performed.
We may decline rush work when we cannot responsibly accommodate the shortened timeline.
SAM.gov and other government systems are outside Tidy & Tally’s control.
A scheduled filing may be affected by maintenance, outages, access problems, government actions, processing delays, or other technical conditions.
Where reasonably possible, Tidy & Tally will communicate known system issues and make commercially reasonable efforts to complete the authorized work when the system becomes available.
A third-party or government-system outage is not treated as a Client no-show or Client cancellation.
We recognize that genuine emergencies happen.
Tidy & Tally may make reasonable exceptions to scheduling or rescheduling requirements when circumstances warrant flexibility.
An exception granted on one occasion does not modify this Policy or require the same exception in another circumstance.
We ask Clients to communicate as soon as reasonably possible when an emergency affects an appointment or active project.
Unless otherwise stated in a Service Agreement, references to business days mean Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays and days on which Tidy & Tally has announced that it is closed.
Project timelines should not be interpreted as requiring work outside normal business operations unless expressly agreed.
Messages sent outside business hours may be treated as received on the next business day for scheduling purposes.
Specific Client response deadlines communicated during an active reporting engagement remain controlling.
Clients enrolled in recurring or retainer-based services are subject to the billing, renewal, scheduling, and cancellation provisions stated in their Service Agreement.
Recurring services are generally scheduled according to the reporting cadence established for the engagement.
A Client’s failure to use all available service capacity during a billing period does not automatically carry unused capacity forward unless the Service Agreement expressly provides for rollover.
Any automatic-renewal arrangement will be disclosed in the applicable agreement and administered consistent with applicable law.
Rescheduling is not the same as changing the scope of an engagement.
If a Client adds contracts, reporting periods, data sets, entities, deliverables, or other work beyond the agreed scope, Tidy & Tally may provide a revised fee and schedule.
Additional work does not begin merely because it is discussed during a scheduled meeting.
Changes to scope must be accepted in the manner required by the applicable Service Agreement.
Cancellation or termination does not undo work already completed.
Subject to payment of amounts properly due, Tidy & Tally will provide Client-specific final or completed work that the Client is entitled to receive under the applicable Service Agreement.
Drafts, internal working papers, proprietary methodologies, internal quality-control materials, and Tidy & Tally tools or templates are not automatically included unless expressly identified as Client deliverables.
Our intellectual-property provisions remain effective after cancellation or termination.
Cancelling, rescheduling, suspending, or terminating services with Tidy & Tally does not cancel, extend, or otherwise modify a Client’s obligations to the federal government or another contracting party.
Clients remain responsible for knowing and meeting their applicable contractual and reporting requirements.
If an engagement ends before a filing deadline, the Client remains responsible for arranging any work necessary to meet that deadline.
Tidy & Tally cannot extend a government deadline on the Client’s behalf unless an authorized government process expressly permits such action and that service is within our agreed scope.
Project cancellation, termination, or other material scheduling changes should be provided in writing.

Routine appointment changes may also be made through an approved scheduling system where that option is available.
A written record helps both parties confirm when a request was received and what action was requested.
This Policy establishes Tidy & Tally’s general scheduling and cancellation practices.
Individual engagements may have different deadlines, production requirements, cancellation terms, or scheduling provisions based on the nature of the work.
If this Policy conflicts with a signed Service Agreement, the signed Service Agreement controls for that engagement unless applicable law requires otherwise.
